Returns & Exchanges

All refund requests must be accompanied by your order number in order to be processed. 

You can return or exchange items 30 days from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery or you cannot provide a receipt or order number, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.





To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a item, send us an email at nikki@nikkilund.com and a team member will send you a shipping slip to return your purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.



If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email nikki@nikkilund.com and request a return authorization code and address to return your purchase.
